Scenic Rail Passes can be used for travel over the extended summer season when all three of our services are operating.
The 2014/15 summer season commences on 26th September 2014, and carries through to 3rd May 2015.
Part of being on holiday is knowing you can do what you want, whenever you want. So the Scenic Rail Pass is perfect. It allows you to hop on and off any of our long distance train services, at any station, or the Interislander ferry, as many times as you like for the duration of your pass.
Rail Pass offers excellent value for money and the more you travel, the better value they become.
Choose a fixed term pass for 7, 14 or 21 days and get unlimited travel on long distance scenic train services, as well as the Interislander ferry. This is perfect if you want to explore over 1-3 weeks, and want to be able to use the train on any of these days.
Fixed term pass travel days commence from the start date specified when purchasing, and you can book your trips online or by phoning 0800 250 000. To ensure there’s a seat for you, you’ll need to book 24 hours prior to travelling.
Fixed term Passes can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to first travel without any cancellation fee. Fixed term passes are for travel over the extended summer season (26th September 2014 - 3rd May 2015) while all three of our train services and the Interislander Ferry are operating. If you‘re not sure when you’d like to travel, the Freedom Pass is for you. Choose a certain number of days of train or Interislander ferry travel (minimum 3 days) and then use them whenever it suits you over the extended summer season (26th September 2014 - 3rd May 2015). Passes are valid for use up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
This gives you ultimate flexibility and is great value. You’ll still need to book your travel days online or by phoning 0800 250 000, at least 24 hours prior to travel.
